Proud of the Carignan variety that represents the Chilean countryside, Carla Dosque has chosen to vinify this noble variety that withstands inclement sun and drought like no other, delivering vibrant color and wild acidity. From vineyards without irrigation, planted in 1958 in the Melozal sector, San Javier in Maule. The bunches were selected and destemmed to ferment with selected yeasts in a stainless steel tank, completing a 15-day maceration with a 12-month aging in French oak.
