Amaral, MontGras’ specialist cold-climate wine brand, is born in our vineyard of the same name located in the Leyda Valley, just 12 km from the cool Pacific Ocean. The morning mists and diversity of calcareous, alluvial and granite soils allow us to create elegant and mineral wines with a unique expression typical of the place.

BRUT
This Blanc de Blancs, made up of 100% Chardonnay. Clear, bright pale yellow color with fine, continuous bubbles. The nose reveals fresh, fruity aromas like white stone fruit. Notes of bakery due to its aging and lees stirring. Subtle entry to the mouth. Elegant bubbles accompany the palate, which is well rounded but very fresh, with vibrant acidity.

This tasty Chardonnay has intense tropical aromas and delicate notes of white peach. With a very elegant creamy, saline and mineral mouthfeel.
It goes very well with fish in general or preparations that contain shellfish, as well as white meats and pasta with creamy sauces.

PINOT NOIR
This elegant Pinot Noir shows delicate notes of sour cherry and subtle floral notes along with a smooth texture on the palate and very good acidity. It goes very well with fattier fish as well as summer appetizers and softer cheeses.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
This mineral and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc has marked citrus notes such as grapefruit and lemon. On the palate it is fresh, with very good acidity and a long finish. Ideal to accompany fresh appetizers or lighter dishes containing less fatty white fish as well as salads and fresh cheeses.

This fresh Syrah has delicate floral touches along with black fruit mixed with subtle smoky notes, good volume on the palate and soft tannins. It goes very well with game birds, lamb, beef with pepper or veal ribs.
