NINQUÉN

A Hand Crafted Wine from Chile’s First Mountain Vineyard.

Founded in 1998, Ninquén, meaning “Plateau on a Mountain” in a native dialect, became Chile’s first Mountain Vineyard. This inimitable terroir, located in the heart of Colchagua -Chile’s most renowned premium winemaking region- provides exceptional grape growing conditions for the production of ultra premium red wines.

MONTGRAS

NINQUÉN

Ultra Premium blend of Cabernet sauvignon and Syrah result of a meticulous “Triple Selection”. The process begins in the vineyard, with grapes from specific blocks and rows, that are placed on a table where they undergo another rigorous classification. The grapes enter the small fermentation tanks gravitationally and the wine is then aged for 20 to 24 months in new French barrels.

The wine was bottled without clarifying (fining) or filtering at any point of the process looking for preserving the great body and complexity that it has.
